Gorgeous hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its stunning and particularly good location.
The total experience was incredible, I would recomand. The hotel was clean with very well decorated and well-equipped rooms and helpful staff. Location: the property was close enough to many restaurants, a fortress and a fishing village, and down the coast throughout the day. Had lunch/dinner at Ristorante Bleu de Toi, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel. The private parking was nearby, great service...

The hotel is just steps away from the beach, making it convenient for families to enjoy the sun and sea.
Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for more.

I loved the charming decor throughout the hotel, from the elegant furnishings to the beautiful artwork on the walls. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience if there were more assistance available for senior guests. While the staff at Hotel Palazzo Krataiis were generally kind, there were times when the children working there didn't provide the level of care and attention that I expected.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer because it provided conference space. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was set up for my meeting. The venue was well-equipped and conducive to productive discussions.
I missed having a reliable and fast internet connection in my room for my work needs. It would have been beneficial to have a stronger and more consistent wifi signal to stay connected and complete my tasks efficiently.

The value for money at Palazzo Krataiis was fantastic, with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The location right by the beach was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by providing clearer instructions on how to use the coffee and egg machines.

Incredible Breakfast Buffet
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. The array of home-cooked sweets and fresh fruit was simply mouthwatering. It felt like stepping into a culinary wonderland, where every bite was a delightful surprise. I must admit, I indulged in these delectable treats as if it were my last meal on Earth. It was a breakfast experience that made me feel like a kid in a candy store, but with much more refined and delicious offerings. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The breakfast buffet at this 18th-century hotel was a delightful mix of homemade treats and fresh fruit. The staff were so helpful, arranging my sunbed and parasol like the diva I am. Buses to nearby towns made exploration a breeze.
They say "all guests must be present at check-in," but I guess my invisible friend wasn't invited. So discriminating.
